These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Reefora app. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Reefora is intended for users aged 14 or older. By registering, you represent that you meet the minimum required age and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Registration information must be truthful and kept up to date.
You retain ownership of the photos, posts and other content you submit ("Content"). By posting, you grant Reefora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that Content within the app, solely to operate and promote the service.
You may not post or submit content that:
Posts and accounts can be reported by other users. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, which may warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. After the 3rd warning, a 7-day temporary suspension is applied automatically by the system, regardless of further manual review.
You may also block other users from their profile. A blocked user can no longer see your profile or posts and can no longer interact with you inside the app.
When available, the Reefora Pro plan is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) charged directly by Google Play or the App Store. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled in the app store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle. You may cancel at any time; access to Pro features remains until the end of the period already paid for.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice in serious cases. You may request deletion of your own account at any time — see the "Delete my account" option under Settings → Privacy, or by emailing app.reefora@gmail.com.
Reefora is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated inside the app. Continued use of Reefora after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where Reefora is legally based and operated. If you reside outside Brazil, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence may still apply to you to the extent required by local law; nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under the law that otherwise protects you.
